Dirty drinking glasses & silver ware had dried food on them. After all that the kitchen couldn't get my sandwich order made the way the menu said, it was the California Turkey club , menu says avocado , bacon & red onion on grilled Texas wheat toast . All I asked was No tomato & they just gave me the turkey & cheese instead. Manager never came out to talk to us , good example bad management & employees that don't care.

If you've been to Chili's before then this one is just like all the others... the food is good. I'm only giving this one 3 stars because we got really lousy service last night. Chili's had sent an e-mail out offering a free appetizer or dessert in honor of tax day, valid only on 4/18. When we sat down, I asked the server if she wanted the coupon right away or with the bill, and she said now was fine. So I handed over my coupon and we ordered a queso dip appetizer and then our regular dinners. That was the last we saw of the waitress for quite some time! Next I knew, a man was at the table to serve our dinners. I said, "Umm, is our queso coming?" He offered to leave our meals in the back while we had the appetizer (but who wants a burger that's been sitting in the back for 20 minutes?) So I said it was fine and he left our dinners and then brought out the appetizer. It was borderline funny because they sat us at this tiny little half table. So on this itsy bitsy table there were 2 dinners, the queso dip, a basket of chips, a side of cheese fries (hubby's request), and two drinks (not to mention all of the menus they leave on the table to advertise drinks/dessert). Way too many plates for such a small table. So anyways, we got all of this food and I think the waitress maybe was embarrassed or something, because she pretty much ignored us. Our glasses were empty and they actually had to be refilled by a passing employee. Then she brings us the bill and we were charged for the queso. She immediately took it off the bill when I asked about it, so I'm glad I looked. All things considered, my husband and I got a good chuckle out of the evening. We aren't the type of people to complain and get mad -- so we still left her quite a big tip even though the service wasn't up to par.

I usually go to this chilis but recently they've gotten worse. I have a food allergy and asked that they not use cheese on my burger. When my order came out, there was no cheese, but there was also no bun, bacon, or BBQ sauce like it said on the menu. I sent the burger back and waited 30 minutes while the rest of my party finished their meal. Finally my burger came back, but it was raw!! Someone had just put it on the grill to brown it. Eventually, because I was so fed up, we called the manager over and she gave us our meal for free (there were five of us) and gave me a large order of fries. They are usually very good, but lately I've had problems with them.

We did car side to go at this location, they were behind in the orders but pompt and quick once it was ready and very good with getting drinks for us to drink while we waited, we did purchase to go drinks.

If you think you're too hipster to review a restaurant chain, well, then, you have a problem - it's called being a hipster. Please, get over yourself. Don't be a fool, Chili's has some decent menu items. You can try to deny it but I haven't met anyone who doesn't love... - Chips and salsa: I can seriously eat an entire basket, only downside being that I blow up like a balloon the next day. Hello, sodium overdose. - Santa Fe Chicken Salad: I loooove a good salad. This is a great salad. Two types of dressing, grilled chicken, avocados, and lots of fun crunchy toppings. Chili's in the LOL area is like a beacon in the night and one of the only restaurants around, so I visit here often. Always had nice service dining in and for curbside.

I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but sometimes it's a lot easier to have a quick lunch at a roadside restaurant rather than searching high and low for an out-of-the-way eatery. That's what brought us to Chili's on S.R. 54 in Land O Lakes this past Friday. This location is in a shopping center right off the main road, and just to the west of Collier Parkway. I like Chili's soup & salad deal for lunch and my business partner is a fan of their chicken sandwiches, so this was a win - win decision for both of us. Our server brought out the iced teas and a basket of chips and salsa right away, and then left us alone while we worked through our business discussions. Before long she was back with my bowl of Southwest chicken soup, a tossed salad with bleu cheese dressing, and Bill's bacon avocado chicken sandwich. She popped by a few times to refill drinks and make sure that we had everything that we needed, but she wasn't intrusive. After making sure that we couldn't possibly squeeze a brownie sundae or a molten chocolate cake into our tummies, she presented us with our check and then told us about the new video console that was perched on each table. This console allows you to electronically place your order, ask for a drink refill, and pay your bill. Pretty slick little system! We were in and out in about 30 minutes and back on the road to see our next client. No complaints.

This is are go-to place when we don't want to venture to far from home. We always sit tat the bar and always get great service from there best bartender Bryan. Like i said we normally sit in the bar area and if you do you can get free chips and salsa! Another great thing about chills is that its happy hour 24/7 which means 2 for 1's. Ive tried just about everything on the menu and love the fact that they change the menu often.

Service is not impressive but I would assume that this will work itself out as it is a new location. I guess time will tell. I would like to add that the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

So I am not a chain fan, but our local Chilis is really good! We have gotten the table side Guac and YUM! The flat breads are also very good. Staff super attentive for a again, a Chilis. We will be back.

Haven't been in a while and really liked it. Mango ice tea sooo gd baked potato soup great southwest eggrolls the best. I had an old coupon in my email and was able to use it. Happy w going here. Don't love to go to chains but it was really gd. Service at first slow bc I was dying for water. Afterwards ok. If u r in a hurry u may get pretty annoyed so just know that. I will be back here, and I feel like they still have good food with great flavor. My husband liked their chicken bc of how nice and grilled it was.

I used to come here with more frequency, not only for meetings for work, but often with the family, or just with my husband. I have completely stopped coming here during the evening and will only come during mid afternoon. I haven't been thrilled with this place since they took the broccoli cheese soup and the turkey club sandwich off the menu, and have been going to newer local places that do carry my favorite combo. However, it's called Chili's for a reason. Speaking of which, the chili is terrible in my opinion, and I've never heard someone say they like it. I do, however, love the Chicken Enchilada soup and the baked potato soup is pretty good. The steak nachos have been off the menu for years now and yet, when we ask for an order, the restaurant is always accommodating. When I order a steak, they will gladly put the white pepper gravy on my mashed potatoes when asked, and they never get our special requests wrong. Minus the chili, we really like the food here. There is one big issue that keeps me from returning as much. Recently, I've been in the restaurant where a few other patrons are really out of control. (Intoxicated adults, loud adults who are shouting and laughing because they can, children running around screaming while the parents talk amongst themselves and much worse.) The servers don't know what to do, no managers seem to be around, and when they are, I'm not sure they know how to deal with it. This is a casual restaurant, but not a zoo. The service is always pleasant, the food is good, and I highly recommend it, but go during the afternoon.

This location never lets me down! Have John from Boston cook your steak you won't regret it. I always get great service at this location. I'm still shocked at how hard it is to get good service at chain restaurants, our service is always good here. This is the only Chili's I go to anymore.

Their new strict coupon policy doesn't allow more than 1 coupon/discount to be used at a table even if the bill is split. This is due to people abusing the system so everyone gets screwed now. Guess I won't be returning anytime soon. I was planning to use a free appetizer coupon but we couldn't use it at the same time as the free kid's meal. So I wound up not being able to eat. These businesses are so damn greedy.

It's chili's what can I say? They menu has been the same for years and the service is ALWAYS SLOOOOOOOW tried them for lunch today and it took 50+ minutes for a chicken sandwich and a burger to arrive. The bartender lauren was sweet but inattentive. The kitchen staff really meds to be reevaluated and replaced if they can't get good out in a timely fashion.

We love Chili's in Land O Lakes! Service is always good. The food is fresh and tasty. I normally order the Cajun Chicken Pasta and is always delicious. This time I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ burger it was very good. I noticed they reduced the size of the burger!! Aha!! But it tasted good as well as the fries. The Margarita was great too but not included in the buy one get one free drinks.

For this visit we used the curb side to go. The food was ready and our delivery girl was fast and efficient. This location is close to home so we frequent it often. Although we always have good food - there are a few servers that we "know" won't be great. WE got one of them on a recent visit and it ruins the score for me. He is TERRIBLE - very nice, but terrible!
